I want to be healthy. My goal is to be fit and toned again and to fit back into my size 9/10 jeans, which I think is reasonable. I need to take care of myself more than ever. I still trek and do things a lot people don't but I want to challenge myself to more strenuous hikes. Most of all I just want to be able to look at myself in the mirror again and be happy with who I see staring back at me.
My plan is to cross-train with walking swimming and core exercises. I've recently hired a personal trainer until I am motivated to do it all on my own again.
